We have recently confirmed that suspicious messages requesting credit card information have been sent to some guests who made reservations through third-party online booking sites.

These messages are sent via email or messaging apps and may contain links directing users to malicious phishing websites. If you receive any suspicious emails or messages, please DO NOT click on any links provided and do not enter any personal or payment information.

Please note that Hotel Metropolitan Kamakura will NEVER contact guests directly to request credit card information or payment confirmation.

We are currently investigating the facts with the relevant booking sites. In addition, we have taken necessary security measures, including updating login passwords for our reservation management system.

Our official hotel website remains fully secure and safe to use. We encourage you to use our official website for future reservations.
