Q.Will I be able to check in late at night?
A.Please notify the hotel if your arrival time will be delayed. While there is no curfew, the hotel front entrance is locked from 23:00 for security purposes. Guests that have already checked in can open the door using their card key. Guests that have not yet checked in will be required to use the intercom to call a member of staff to unlock the doors.
Q.I want to send my luggage ahead by courier service...

A.Yes. The hotel has universal rooms. These rooms have a spacious layout and bathroom that is accessible by wheelchair.

Q.Can you give me directions from Shin-Yokohama Station?
A.Take the JR Yokohama Line to Yokohama Station and change to the JR Yokosuka Line. The trip from Shin-Yokohama Station to JR Kamakura Station takes approximately 37 minutes.
Q.Where is the closest Station?
A.The hotel is two minute's walk from the East Exit of JR Kamakura Station.
Q.Can you give me directions from Tokyo Station?
A.The trip from Tokyo Station to JR Kamakura Station on the JR Yokosuka Line takes approximately 57 minutes.
Q.Do you have car parking?
A.Hotel Metropolitan Kamakura has its own hotel parking exclusively for hotel guests (reservations required, 2,000yen/night, Height: 2.1m Width: up to 1.9m). There are a limited number of spaces, so please notify the hotel in advance if arriving by car. Coin parking is available close by in the event no spaces are available.
(Prices vary depending on the parking lot.) Please note that motorcycles cannot be parked in the parking lot.
